This gorgeous premium Ladies Mad Hatter tophat consists of a standard black tophat embellished with peacock feathers, silver metal gears and chain, silver metal alloy charm feather, mini dressmakers scissors, a bronze coloured heart, and a mini Steampunk flying machine metal  charm, an artificial rose and  checkered black and white especially imoorted ribbon to create the Steampunk Mad Hatter themed concept. If needed for a smaller head we can provide  complimentary soft foam to attach with contact  glue or a glue gun.
