Ladies Steampunk Madhatter Inspired Tophat

The size of the hat fits approximately 58,5 cm( measure head around the forehead with a tape measure)I will, however  provide foam to glue into the inside of the hat if you need it to fit smaller size. This is a standard black tophat with embellishments added: metal alloy charms, keys, steampunk craft gears and fabric, imported checkered ribbon and peacock feathers .
