This gorgeous one of a kind premium Ladies embellished Steampunk  Victorian tophat consists of a standard black tophat carefully embellished with an acrylic hand-painted lace mask permanently attached to the front of the hat, black feathers, mini black victorian roses, larger decorative roses and Black lace with black gypsy  beads and gold chain. This is a unique collectors item any  Steampunk  fan would adore.

Please Note:

The size of the hat is roughly 58.5 cm. If required  for a smaller head size we can provide  complimentary soft foam to attach with contact  glue or a glue gun.

We can also glue the foam on for you in advance if you measure the exact diameter of your head around your forehead above the eyebrows and around the back of your head and provide that measurement to us on purchase.
