It includes one basic black adult tophat ( which is size 58.5 so if you have a smaller head size we will provide you with some complimentary sponge to glue into the hat so it fits) one pair of bronze coloured Steampunk goggles with adjustable elastic, 1 x pack of bronze OR Silver coloured metal gears(40units assorted styles and sizes) to decorate and embellish your tophat, yourself with one tube of jewellery glue provided. The tophat is 15.5 cm in height.
